Generally this is all about giving solutions and not just flagging problems. When you go to anyone on locations its important to see if you can get issues of noisy fridges turned off and agreed with before hand.
Failing this then coming to a venue with solutions such as moving items to just one fridge as apposed to a few is always easier to control. Alternatively see if you can move actors away from that area or have their backs to the noise so radio mics are more effective.
